What to Expect

1. To start, you can book a Free Consultation

  • During our phone call, you'll share the issues you'd like to address and what you're hoping to get out of therapy​

  • I'll share an overview of the process we'll use to help you achieve your goals and answer any of your questions

OR - You can book an Initial Session


  • Do this if you know you're ready to start therapy​

  • I'll confirm by email and include links to some consent forms that need to be completed before we meet

2. Then, we make a plan

  • In our first 2-4 sessions we'll  map out what's going on in the various contexts of your life, what's keeping you stuck, and what might need to shift​. We'll make a plan that fits with your goals.

3. We journey together towards your goals


  • Based on my experience, I believe it typically takes about 8-10 sessions to see meaningful results, however, progress can vary depending on the individual.
